About the Role
We are seeking an HR Assistant to support our busy local HR team in Australia. As the first point of contact for all HR administrative queries, you will work closely with all three brands to provide exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Taking charge of all HR documentation from contract offers to supplying payroll with relevant paperwork and daily record-keeping.
* Ensuring all employee files are up-to-date.
* Providing assistance with the recruitment process from entering job requisitions onto SuccessFactors to organising interviews and sending out job offers.
* Overseeing all aspects of onboarding and offboarding administration.
* Assisting the Office Manager and Executive Assistant with office events.
* Updating HR documents when required.
* Participating in HR projects when required.
* Performing ad hoc duties as required.
About You
* Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior management and employees.
* Excellent computer skills, experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Friendly and approachable manner.
* Must be confident when interacting with people of all levels throughout the organisation.
* Must be able to work under pressure and remain calm.
* Able to prioritise workload.
* Team player with a strong sense of humour.
* Must be highly motivated and confident.
* High level of confidentiality.
