Your opportunity Working out of our Bohle depot, your role is to maximise machine availability by efficiently maintaining, servicing, repairing and performing approved modifications on our world-class resurfacing fleet.
This includes ballast regulators, tamper-liners, and other essential civil plant equipment.
We are a dedicated team of 14 skilled Plant Fitters and 1 Electrician, covering a vast and diverse area stretching from Rockhampton to Cairns, Townsville to Mt Isa, and including the Croydon to Normanton line.

In addition to the training mentioned above, you'll have the opportunity to enhance your skills further by obtaining an MR & HR driver's license, as well as a CAT3 Driver qualification.
Hours and Salary Working the current roster on the base rate including penalties you can expect a salary of $95,000 plus 12.75% superannuation The team work throughout the region and operate on two rosters: Whilst away they are on a 9 on 5 off roster - travelling Tuesday working through the weekend on penalty rates and return the following Wednesday Whilst working locally the team operate on a 9 day fortnight – Monday to Friday, then Monday to Thursday There is flexibility to switch rosters when you need All travel is on work time.
