Job Description
About this opportunity:
The role is about working with Shift Team leaders and the Production leaders to ensure the day-to-day running of the production department by completing die changes based on production schedules, setting up ancillary equipment, servicing equipment and tooling.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
* Setting, adjusting and maintaining tools and equipment to ensure continuity of the day-to-day operations and production requirements.
* To ensure product quality meets customer requirements.
* Where required machine/make parts and tools.
* Ensure good housekeeping standards within the plant at all times.
Successful candidates must have the right to live and work in Australia.
Qualifications
Your qualifications, skills and experience:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A relevant Trade qualification.
* A keen eye for detail
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Enjoy working in a team environment
* Experience in the plastic manufacturing or related industry will be well regarded
