Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated person to join their team as a Receptionist / Administration Assistant 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 2:30pm.
The Position Your daily responsibilities will include:• Meet and greet visitors on-site.• Handle and direct telephone enquiries.• Maintain the kitchenette (stock Tea, Coffee, Biscuits)• Receiving deliveries via courier and mail• Distributing goods received and mail.• Organise rooms for meetings.• Assist departments with general administration duties.
The Candidate You will have Receptionist experience, and display the following attributes:• Extensive Reception experience performing a range of duties.• Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication skills• Ability to liaise with key stakeholders at all levels.• Excellent attention to detail• Professional, committed and strong work ethic• Ability to work autonomously.
