About Us
Healthy Ageing Kirinari Community Services is expanding its services to Findon and seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Healthy Ageing team as Domestic Assistants.
We are a respected provider of DVA, My Aged Care, and Home Care services across NSW, Victoria, South Australia, QLD, ACT, and Tasmania. Our core values drive our commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and making a positive difference in the lives of our clients.
About the Role
Our Healthy Ageing services provide high-quality in-home care, empowering our customers to maintain their well-being and independence in their own surroundings for as long as possible.
A typical day may involve:
* Cleaning tasks, including sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
* Cleaning wet areas and removing cobwebs
* Laundry duties and rubbish removal
* Cleaning windows and assisting with social support
Shifts will be shorter in duration, with paid travel time between customers in a localised area, where possible. Travel may require up to 30 minutes between locations.
About You
* Availability for shifts from Monday to Friday between 7am and 7pm (with some weekend and public holiday work required)
* Qualification in First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
* Physical ability to assist with domestic tasks and willingness to connect with customers
* Genuine desire to build meaningful relationships with customers
* Ability to obtain a Police Check and WWVP check prior to commencement
* Current Driver's Licence and Full Comprehensive Car Insurance (or willingness to obtain)
