We are seeking a highly experienced Employment Law Partner to join their dynamic team in Sydney.Position Summary:As an Employment Law Partner, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on a wide range of employment matters, including:Workplace disputes:Representing clients in various employment disputes, such as unfair dismissal, discrimination, and harassment claims.Contractual matters: Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, severance agreements, and other employment-related agreements.Industrial relations: Advising clients on industrial relations issues, including enterprise bargaining, union negotiations, and workplace safety.Executive remuneration: Providing expert advice on executive remuneration packages, including performance-based incentives and long-term incentives.Qualifications and Experience:At least 10 years of experience practicing employment law in a reputable law firmProven track record of success in representing clients in complex employment disputesDeep knowledge of Australian employment law and industrial relations legislationStrong business development and client relationship management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsKey Responsibilities:Providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients on a range of employment mattersDeveloping and maintaining strong relationships with clients and business partnersActively participating in business development and marketing initiativesSupervising and mentoring junior lawyersContributing to the firm's overall strategic objectivesCompetitive salary and benefits packageBuild your own teamCollaborative and supportive work environmentIf you are a highly skilled and motivated employment law professional looking to join a leading law firm, we encourage you to apply.
