Senior Change Manager
* $143,798 per annum + superannuation
* Full time, ongoing position
* Geelong based (hybrid working model – 3 days in the office)

About the role
Working within Strategic Delivery and the Enterprise Delivery division, this role is primarily responsible for developing and implementing effective change management plans, while also preparing and supporting individuals to successfully undergo organisational change.
Utilising stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills, this role supports the delivery of change initiatives and helps to develop and implement effective change plans into business units, while contributing to wider initiatives at WorkSafe.
Key accountabilities:
* Contribute to and lead the delivery of change programs across the wider business while monitoring and managing their impact and adoption
* Lead Change Impact Assessments with a range of stakeholders to inform the development of change strategies and planning
* Lead and develop change activities such as case for change, stakeholder analysis, training needs analysis, communications plan, business readiness assessment, training plan, transition plan, and change effectiveness measurement for significant programs and large projects.
* Partner with training and communication teams to identify and opportunities for growth to ensure business change readiness
* Monitor stakeholder engagement and analyse receptiveness to change

About you
You are an experienced Senior Change Manager who enjoys delivering high level support to large teams. Your verbal communication is excellent and you have strong interpersonal skills with an ability to quickly build rapport with others. Furthermore, you will also possess:
* Experience within a large and complex organisation (desirable)
* Excellent attention to detail
* Technical experience in change, across technology implementation, legislative or business optimization style change
* Experience managing and collaborating with internal stakeholders to a high standard
* Experience managing competing priorities and reaching deadlines
Qualifications:
* Tertiary Qualification or experience in a relevant field (preferred)
* Prosci certification (preferred)
