About us:Central Queensland Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs Service provides specialist mental health, substance and alcohol related care to residents of Rockhampton, Capricorn Coast, Gladstone, Central Highlands and Banana areas with services located in each area. Rockhampton is the principal service center and as such provides the administration of the Mental Health Act, 2016, and is the location of the acute adult inpatient facilities.There is so much to see and do in the Central Highlands region.About the role:The Mental Health Clinician contributes to the delivery of clinical mental health services utilising a range of modalities relevant to adult mental health services as a member of a multidisciplinary team. The clinician will deliver mental health clinical services, including mental state and risk assessment, triage, care planning, case management and therapy interventions for Mental Health Services. Develop clinical practice knowledge and expertise through active learning within the team and by engaging in professional development activities. Collection of data, maintenance of records, provision of reports as required by Central Queensland Mental Health Alcohol and Other Drugs Service.
