Join us in shaping our future–and yours.What You Will DoAs Customer Supply Chain Manager - Grocery, this person will be part of Supply Chain Supply Leadership team and would be responsible for the development of the customer engagement with assigned customers. This includes delivery of customer service, high customer satisfaction and continuous supply chain improvement. This role is also responsible for overseeing Customer Supply Chain and collaboration for New Zealand. It is essential that this role develops strong relationships with customers’ supply chain teams through regular meetings, defining a common agenda and collective goal setting. Key deliverable will be focused on service, driving growth, reducing cost to service, along with end to end network optimization.Key ResponsibilitiesWith support of the VRPs in your team, achieve KPI’s targets including but not limited to: DIFOT, OBSL, SIF, SOT, DSI, palletization, Advantage survey, supply compliance, MLOR compliance.Enhance our service to our customers through focusing on their KPIs, as well as increasing supply chain efficiencies to become a supplier of choice.Report and conduct investigation of OTD KPI misses & implement corrective actions.Analyze & report reasons for service failures. Identify and coordinate service recovery initiatives in instances where customer expectations would otherwise not be met and drive initiatives to correct & prevent future occurrences.Lead the VRP team with customer engagement through weekly stock projections across the full pacific portfolio.Monthly/ Quarterly Business reviews with customer and commercial stakeholders on service gaps and build recovery plans.Internal and external stakeholder management:Effective management of the Customer connect meetings.Manage / facilitate all F2F customer supply chain meetings (interstate travel required).Present internal metrics of performance, initiatives to improve and other added value tasks. Coordination of meetings, problem solving. Alignment for Customer presentations, initiatives follow up.Maintain healthy relationship with customers to become their supplier of choice.Drive effective cross-function communication among key stakeholders such as Sales, Logistics, Demand Planning and Customers.Partner with Commercial team to align monthly/Quarterly forecasts targets and ensure clear rationalization for gaps.Strategic development:Develop customer centric supply chain strategies via Value Stream mapping and integration in Joint Business Planning.Build and accelerate customer strategic supply chain relationships.Partner with commercial team to deliver account or channel specific supply chain initiatives.Detect improvement areas and propose options for improved efficiencies and cost saving to feed into Cost to Deliver.Integrated business planning:Provide customer specific supply chain lens within IBP/ S&OE process.Customer inventory and order plan management / reporting to commercial and DP monthly actions.Manage and lead a team up to 4.Establish development & succession planning in place, foster high morale and motivation and ensure alignment to the company Values & Behaviours.What We Are Looking ForRequired QualificationsPreferred minimum education: Tertiary degree or equivalent work experience considered. A minimum of 8 years’ experience in a FMCG or Consumer Pharma company.
