Job Description
As a key member of the payroll team, you will report directly to the Payroll Manager and be responsible for:
* End-to-end payroll processing on a weekly basis
* Managing onboarding and offboarding, leave entitlements, terminations, redundancies, payroll tax, superannuation, etc.
* Ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
* Manual project allocation based on timesheet submissions
* Interpreting and applying relevant awards and ERPs
* Managing payroll-related queries and resolving any discrepancies
You will have the opportunity to work on various projects and tasks as required.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar end-to-end payroll position
* Strong technical skills with the ability to learn new software
* Experience in the construction industry is an advantage
* Resilience, reliability, and collaboration
* A strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
