The position:
The Medical Workforce Administrative Officer works as a team member to deliver effective administration support to the BRHS Medical Workforce in the areas of rostering, onboarding, training and compliance. The role will provide high level customer service to internal and external stakeholders including junior and senior Medical Staff. The position may assume some of the functions of the Medical Workforce Manager as required, generally during periods of leave.
The team:
The Medical Workforce and Education Unit supports medical staff at BRHS by administering recruitment and onboarding of medical staff, training and education, rostering and leave planning and coordination of credentialing of medical practitioners.

Key criteria required:
* A qualification in Business Administration/Management, or related field (minimum Cert III level)
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a Business/Administration role.
* Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent organisational skills with the demonstrated ability to multi-task, respond and prioritise competing work requirements.
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team.
