They are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their vibrant team in Gregory Hills, working Monday to Friday. About the Role and your Responsibilities: As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in attracting, interviewing, and hiring top talent while continuously improving recruitment strategies to support business success. Reporting to the HR Team Lead, you will collaborate closely with the HR team to deliver exceptional results. Your key responsibilities will include: Designing and implementing talent acquisition strategies, tools, and policies to enhance the candidate experience and ensure quality hires. Proactively identifying workforce needs and building talent pipelines for current and future roles. Developing strong client relationships across various industries. Delivering recruitment outcomes for both temporary and permanent roles. Providing valuable industry insights and updates to talent and client networks. Implementing innovative sourcing, attraction, onboarding, and retention strategies. Skills and Qualifications: 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role within agency or in-house recruitment. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Experience in high-volume recruitment, particularly in the Health, Medical, or blue-collar sectors (preferred). Strong knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle. Confidence in negotiating with third-party consultants and agencies when required. Expertise in conducting interviews to identify the best candidates for specific roles. A hands-on approach, working closely with managers to operationalize recruitment strategies.
