Ready to make your mark?Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and analyse national and international print trends, translating them for the Princess Polly customer.Design exclusive, trend-forward prints for dresses, tops, and other apparel categories, balancing creative vision with commercial appeal.Work closely with Buyers and Designers to create standout prints based on seasonal briefs and market research.Review sales data and bestsellers to drive print strategies that align with customer demand.Oversee the entire design process, from concept to execution, ensuring all prints meet high-quality standards and deadlines.Approve strike-off submissions and provide clear feedback to suppliers.Collaborate across departments, including Design, Buying, and Marketing, to ensure alignment on product direction and brand identity.Skills & Experience3+ years of experience in print design, preferably in high-street or fast-fashion.A strong portfolio showcasing commercial yardage prints and graphic work.Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (essential).
