We are looking for an incredible talent to work as the backbone of the operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of mortgage applications. In this role, you will be supporting the Mortgage Brokers and would be required to exhibit exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to providing the best experience for our clients. About the role: In this role you will be responsible for: Coordinating the end-to-end mortgage process for clients from loan submissions through to settlement Being the centralised point of contact for our client base, working closely with brokers to support them Liaising with clients, lenders, and referral partners to ensure smooth communications Guiding clients through the loan application process, managing documents and applications Providing guidance to clients on lender policies for selected products Performing data entry into CRM systems and using various software applications Assisting with tasks like discharges, pricing, policy, and servicing About You: The right person for this job will have: Previous experience in an administrative, broker assistant, banking, or finance role A strong understanding of self-employed, PAYG, SMSF, and Trust structures Experience with LMG mortgage aggregator or My CRM A strong client focus, positive attitude, and curiosity to understand the 'why' behind daily operations in the broking industry Excellent communication skills, with the ability to set realistic client expectations A data-driven mindset, capable of gathering and processing client information accurately Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software applications The client, always, at the centre of your thinking.
