We're moving forward and we want you to come along for the ride.About the opportunityThe Planning & Deployment Lead sits within the People & Culture function, working as part of the Planning & Deployment team to ensure the seamless delivery of People projects across the organisation.
You'll collaborate with teams like Centres of Excellence (CoEs) to design and implement project plans, while also leading the execution and measuring project success.
A key part of the role involves advising and coaching teams on the adoption of Agile project management and Change Management methodologies, tools, and frameworks to ensure consistent and effective project delivery.What you'll deliver with usYou'll deliver well-planned, coordinated, and impactful People projects, ensuring they are successfully executed across the organisation.
This includes working closely with stakeholders and teams to design, implement, and track the success of projects.
You'll also provide valuable coaching and guidance on adopting project management best practices, including Agile and Change Management methodologies, ensuring the People & Culture function continuously improves its approach to project delivery.You'll alsoCollaborate with Centres of Excellence (CoEs) to plan, develop, and deploy project plans, ensuring alignment with people and people leader activities across the organisation.Champion Agile project management practices and our established ways of working, driving adoption and supporting project delivery across the People & Culture function.Establish and track evaluation metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of People & Culture projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and continuous improvement.About youYou're a seasoned project manager with a background or interest in delivering People & Culture projects, particularly in planning and program deployment.
You have a deep understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, and are adept at leading change initiatives.
With a proven ability to design and implement impactful People & Culture programs, you're skilled in building relationships and collaborating across diverse teams.
You are a strategic thinker who can analyse data, identify improvement opportunities, and influence stakeholders to successfully drive change across the organisation.You'll also needStrong experience in project management, with a focus on planning, program deployment, and the successful execution of change initiatives.Proven success in leading and driving transformation projects, with expertise in change management practices to overcome resistance and ensure smooth transitions.Ability to collaborate, influence, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including experience working with People & Culture CoEs and partnering teams.How we'll deliver for youBe part of a culture where everybody feels they belong, are valued, and can bring their authentic self to work every day.We deliver on our values of Trust, Inclusivity, Empowerment and Safety every day.
