Administration Assistant
Chandler Macleod are currently seeking an Administration Assistant for a major mining client in the Bowen Basin, within the Contracts Team!
* Monday to Friday
* Immediate Start
* 6 Months
Essential Experience
* Experienced in MS Office Suite with a high level of attention to detail
* Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work both independently and part of a team
* Ability to organise and manage competing demands and priorities
Desirable Skills
* Documentum, Tempo, SharePoint, and SAP
* Training Admin background
Role Responsibilities
* Data Entry
* Document Control
* Meeting minutes
* Schedules and bookings
* Management of mailboxes
* Maintain CMF systems
