Description Key responsibilities: Inform decision making by analysing pipeline trend data & advise accordingly on potential impacts on Vertiv Asia. Support the VP of Asia & direct reporting line in Management Standards establishment, reporting & cadence reviews. Collaborate with Vertiv Market Analysts informing Sales team activity, Organisation & Growth Opportunities outside of existing markets & customer verticals. Collaborate with Marketing to support marketing support needs. Provide material & commentary for Monthly & Quarterly Business Reviews, Budget Planning, Strategy Meetings for Asia Leadership Team meetings & Executive/Global meetings. Support continuous business improvements in customer activity & internal processes. Align analytics & reporting to Vertiv’s 1-3 year business goals. Provide support to Sales & Finance team via analysis of Sales & Orders Data & tracking operational performance such as win rate%, contract renewal rate & forecasting accuracy. Drive incentive plan strategy & execute results with high motivation & strong productivity. Main contacts within Company: Sales Director, ANZ & Sales team Finance Director & Finance team National Service Sales manager Managing Director, ANZ Operations Team / Project managers Requirements: 5 year’s experience in Business Analytics & Intelligence Ability to understand commercial challenges, derive insights from data & make recommendations Proven experience in strategic business planning, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, modelling and detailed analytics Comprehensive knowledge of Oracle Sales Cloud and Power BI Proficiency in query languages a plus e.g. SQL Previous employment within a Project Selling company Ability to apply raw data from Pipeline, Financials, Orders, Customer & Market trends to the business environment & company strategies. Works to deadlines, highly collaborative and adaptive to new demands and resilience in an environment of ambiguity. Education/Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or related field. CA/CPA/MBA qualified advantageous.
