You will support staff, foster inclusivity, and deliver impactful programs for a variety of workforce groups, including Neurodivergent staff, People with Disability, First Nations Peoples, LGBTIQASB+ communities, and others.
Your new role
As an APS6 Learning and Development Officer, you will play a pivotal role in designing learning experiences and coaching programs tailored to the needs of Neurodivergent staff. Your expertise in adult learning and inclusive design will contribute to initiatives that uplift employees and build capability across the organisation.
Responsibilities include:
* Designing and developing learning programs using tools like Articulate Storyline.
* Analysing training needs and delivering creative, impactful solutions.
* Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business goals and learning objectives.
* Overseeing end-to-end project delivery for learning initiatives.
* Applying inclusive design principles to support diverse learning styles.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you will have a strong background in instructional design, learning development, and stakeholder management.
Key qualifications include:
* Experience with eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline).
* Expertise in adult learning theories and methodologies.
* Proven ability to manage projects independently, from conception to completion.
* Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
* A commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
