About the role
Pacific Air Cargo is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join our dynamic team in Eagle Farm, Queensland. This full-time role will be responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of goods within our well-equipped warehouse facility. As a key member of our logistics operation, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth distribution of cargo to our customers.
What you'll be doing
* Receiving, processing, and storing incoming goods and materials
* Accurately picking, packing, and dispatching outbound cargo
* Maintaining detailed inventory records
* Safely operating forklifts and other material handling equipment
* Ensuring the warehouse environment is kept clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards
* Assisting with the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles
* Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
What we're looking for
* Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment, preferably within the Freight Forwarding or logistics industry
* Demonstrated ability to work quickly and accurately, with a strong attention to detail
* Forklift license and experience in the safe operation of material handling equipment
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
* A commitment to workplace health and safety
Essential
* Must have current forklift license
* Own transport and current driver's license
* Cargowise experience
Preferable
* HR License
* Dangerous Goods Certification
