In conjunction with the Digital Workplace team, you will support the request, acquisition, deployment, maintenance, utilization, and disposal of End User Compute devices managed by AC3. Provide an exceptional customer experience by performing onsite Level 1/2 support for end user devices across multiple locations Effectively handling VIP walk-ups and liaising with executive level staff Deployment of SOE images onto user devices via SCCM Desktop and Mobile Device Management using SCCM, InTune or similar troubleshooting and isolating Desktop, Networking, Windows Server, O365 issues; escalating to the relevant team when required - LAN/WAN/VPN/DHCP/DNS/AD/File Services/Group Policy/AV/Exchange Online + O365 etc. Troubleshooting Audio/Video Conference equipment Diagnosis of hardware related faults and liaising with the vendor to ensure prompt resolution Ideal Candidates: 2+ years experience in a similar IT Support role 2+ years experience in and supporting end user devices in a face-to-face capacity with the ability to effectively and confidently communicate with senior management and executives Deep understanding of support best practices, incl. identifying the true root cause and going the extra mile when required.
