ERP Functional Consultant - Talent Management

We are seeking an experienced Consultant with a background in Talent Management (Succession & Career Planning, Job Architecture) to join our existing project in Sydney.
The successful candidate will report directly to a Functional Transformation Lead and have multiple Consultants reporting to them.
This is a fixed term role with a competitive package of $140k + Super ($163,800) commencing on or before 20th December.
The role will be hybrid, requiring 2-3 days onsite work per week.
Main areas of focus:
Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing a Job Architecture within an ERP system.
Ability to leverage the JA in strategic HR functionality/processes (e.g. career planning, Talent management, succession planning, etc).
Team player.
Stakeholder management.
This role requires:
Strategic thinking to align IT solutions with organisational goals, considering long-term implications and emerging technologies.
Experience in various tools and agile techniques to elicit, analyse and communicate business and solution requirements.
Strong expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design using industry-standard techniques and tools.
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes, analyse options, and recommend effective solutions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to develop accurate business documentation in a clear and concise manner.
Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of successful collaboration within agile teams and delivering high-quality outcomes.
Previous experience working on complex ERP programs and in Talent Management would be highly regarded.
