About the Role If you want to kick-start your career in the Energy Industry or transition into a key office-based role you are an ideal candidate. This role provides a unique opportunity in a well-supported Entry-Level position (suits first year graduates) working within a team of Project Coordinators, Project Managers and Site Supervisors to support successful project delivery.
In this role, you will learn and understand our key services by working closely with our operational teams in the field, then use your technical skills to research, trial and embed improvement strategies which reduce HSE risks, reduce costs, improve delivery quality and/or improve efficiencies of our services.
The Graduate Engineer will: Establish strong relationships with CR operational teams Work to gain a deep understanding of our core services Work to understand CR internal systems and processes Research innovations and ideas for improvements in cost, efficiencies, HSE and/or quality Follow CR systems and processes to gain approvals for implementation of ideas and changes Delivery and embedding of improvements Maintain key client relationships in conjunction with their line manager Requirements & Experience Needed: Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Visio experience desirable) High level of communication skills both written and verbal (Microsoft Outlook/Teams experience desirable) Technical or engineering background Keen eye for engineering drawings/designs and the ability to communicate ideas visually is desirable Positive attitude with experience working within a team Ability to build on and grow professional relationships Chemical Engineering Degree desirable How to apply If you are seeking a challenging and rewarding role with a dynamic, growing organisation, please select the 'Apply Now' button to submit your application.
