Role Requirements Your duties will include:
Commercial Leasing & Sales Administration: Organising Commercial Tenancy Applications and completing Reference checks. Operating CRM systems such as Re-Leased and Rex. Preparing Agreements to Lease, Commercial Tenancy Agreements, Retail Tenancy Agreements, and Lessor Disclosure Statements. Liaising with owners and solicitors for lease preparations, renewals, or assignments. Preparing Contracts of Sale and coordinating documentation through to settlement. Marketing & Advertising: Preparing property appraisals and advertising/updating listings on web portals. Coordinating sales and leasing signage. Preparing the monthly agency newsletter and updating the agency website. Administration & Reporting: Monitoring leasing processes and maintaining tracking spreadsheets in MS Teams. Completing monthly rent reviews for commercial properties. Coordinating and tracking documents through Adobe Sign. About You To succeed in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in a similar Sales & Leasing Administration role within the real estate sector. Strong knowledge of commercial property management, sales and leasing processes, and associated document preparation. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, CRM systems (Re-Leased, Rex) and web portals. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for liaising with stakeholders and preparing detailed documentation. A proactive and solution-focused mindset, with a keen eye for detail.
