From the moment you reach out to us, we are dedicated to providing you with exceptional service that is personalized and tailored to your unique requirements.Our Customer Operations Team is on the search for an AWS Connect Support lead to assist in the successful planning, execution, and optimization of AWS Connect solution. In conjunction with the AWS Project team deliver and maintain the platform to ensure it meets the ongoing business and customer needs.What you'll do in this role:Evaluate our existing infrastructure and applications to determine the best data migration approach and strategiesPlan, assist, and support the ongoing migration of legacy emails and cases from our old system onto AWS ConnectBuilding, testing and deploying new features in AWS Connect such as Voice, Chat, Email and CasesConfigure, monitor and troubleshoot any activities during the migration processCollaborate with the wider AWS Project Team and Customer Operations Team to ensure solutions and best practices are implemented smoothlyWhat we love to see:Proven experience building AWS Connect Instances in Voice, Chat, Email and CasesFamiliarity with scripting languages, such as Python or BashExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleaguesDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsFlexibility and adaptability to learn new technologies and processes.Why Webjet?We thank our team with an annual $250 Webjet gift card, free travel insurance and discounted travel across the Webjet offering via webjet.com.auAn annual hackathon that the whole company gets involved in, ideas born on our Hackdays often make it into production and the winner needs to be in production within 12 months!An extensive events calendar, when we say we’re fun – we mean it.We support you through one of life’s biggest moments, providing up to 12 weeks of paid primary leave and 2 weeks of secondary carer leave.Have a big trip planned or thinking of school holidays?
