Your Role as a Marketing Specialist As a Marketing Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving awareness of the CatholicCare ECEC brand and services.
Your expertise in marketing will support our mission by increasing enrolments for our new Early Learning Centers and executing effective marketing strategies for existing services.
You will work closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager and other key stakeholders to implement the Marketing and Communications Plan across the Diocese of Wollongong.
What We're Looking For To thrive in this role, you should have a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a passion for community engagement.
The ideal candidate will possess: Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in a specialist marketing role, ideally within the education and care sector.
Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
A solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
Your ability to build relationships with stakeholders, develop engaging content, and execute successful marketing campaigns will be key to your success in this position.
