We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative with proven sales and business development skills to join our team in Melbourne, Sydney, or Queensland. Your role will focus on maintaining customer satisfaction while driving profitable sales growth.
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience in B2B field sales with a focus on generating new business.
* Experience selling software platforms or IT solutions is advantageous but not essential.
* You must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or NZ Citizen with a current Australian Driver’s License.

* Service and support the existing customer base.

Role Overview:
This is a B2B solution sales role with a short sales cycle, where urgency and action are key to developing strong client relationships.
Typical Week:
* Hybrid role: 2–3 days (Mon & Fri) in the office (Springvale or Pakenham) for contacting potential clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones.
* Fieldwork: The remaining days are spent presenting proposals and meeting with new and existing clients, ensuring strong relationships and achieving your growth targets.
