The HR Administrator serves as the primary support for handling day to day administration for the function.RequirementsPrepare, distribute and action the new joiner, variation and leaver traction ticket within required timeframesEnsure the seamless onboarding and offboarding of new joiners, transfers/promotions and leavers including workstation sign off and hardware return for leaversAccurately prepare employment related paperwork within required and agreed timeframes. This includes but is not limited to offer of employments, contract variations, salary increase, bonus and end of employment lettersProvide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and Onboarding and Development team as and when required.
