Ensure sound and compliant design of innovative, engaging, and effective blended learning courseware, assessment material, and learning technologies. Support strategic projects at Box Hill Institute. Work with employees at all levels across the institute and liaise with internal and external stakeholders. This is a casual opportunity until 20 December 2024.The ideal candidate has: TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Diploma in Vocational Education and Training or equivalent. Previous experience in learning design for e-learning and blended learning programs in Vocational Education and Training or Higher Education. Extensive knowledge of current quality standards, learning theories, and principles applicable to e-learning and blended learning. Experience in drawing on the latest educational trends and learning technologies and applying them in an innovative manner. Excellent organisational and project coordination skills. Proficiency in common and job-specific software applications and features. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
