Colourbox Kitchens, established in 2008, specialises in manufacturing all residential joinery. We are seeking an expert full time Cabinetmaker to join our team.
Your duties and responsibilities:
· Reading and interpreting plans, drawings and workorders and establishing specifications.
· Using engineered wood, veneers and timbers to build quality products.
· Measuring, cutting, and shaping wood and creating cabinets and similar joinery based on drawings and specifications
· Producing fittings for residential joinery such as kitchens, pantries, laundry and more.
· Assembling parts to create joinery sections and finished products.
· Installing hinges, locks, catches, drawers, and shelves
· Performing repairs and refurbishments on Joinery
You should have:
· Certificate three in relevant field
· At least two years of work experience as a cabinetmaker
· Technical skills in cabinet construction with creative mindset
· Knowledge of machinery such as panel saw, and edge bander.
Our offer:
· Salary of $74,000 - $80,000 per year
