Based at the Australian Head Office, the successful candidate will work alongside a professional team across the entire business. On-the-job training and knowledge sharing will be provided by experienced team members.As part of the Logistics & Supply Chain team, the primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate stock management with the brand's own and third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses across the country. This involves supporting inventory management and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders, including Warehouse Managers and transport company Account Managers. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, with a positive attitude, and the ability to communicate clearly, factually, and professionally.Responsibilities include:Communicate directly with internal Warehouse Managers, 3PL Warehouse Managers, designated Account Managers of Transport companies and ingredient manufacturers.Develop a strong understanding of the supply chain, business model, key partners, processes, and diverse market sectors.Lead the review of non-conformances, driving communication, issue resolution, system use, trend analysis, and performance improvement.Enhance supplier performance through the non-conformance process, supporting business teams directly.Manage operational performance of key supply chain partners using a structured, data-driven approach.Actively address and resolve live supply chain operational issues.Support the Supply Chain Manager in strategic areas: Compliance, Performance, Solutions, Digital Transformation, and Sustainability.Contribute to key projects related to business change and operational development.Local travel to visit 3PL warehouses in VIC and occasional interstate travel.SELECTION CRITERIATo be shortlisted for this exciting opportunity you will need to meet the following criteria:Previous experience in a logistics role working in an international trade environment, preferably within a distribution or 3PL (third-party logistics) company.Experience dealing with non-conformance reports for stock (NCRs).Experience working with ERP systems for stock management.Experience with data quality maintenance and data analysis.Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships across all levels with customers, international suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring seamless integration and success through professionalism and a customer-focused approach.An understanding of importing and exporting a large number of SKUs.Ability to communicate with staff across all levels within the organisation.Highly Regarded:Experience working with Microsoft Suite.Previous experience working within logistics moving products containing shelf life and batch details.APPLICATIONSTo have a confidential discussion about this role, please call or SMS Jo on.
