You will provide essential administrative services to patients, referrers, and colleagues, ensuring the smooth operation of the department. Key Responsibilities: Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry and document management, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Provide excellent customer service, confidently engaging with patients, the public, and medical professionals. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team committed to continuous improvement and creating a positive work environment. Flexibly manage rostered shifts and adapt to changing demands within the team. Key Requirements: Proven knowledge and experience in administrative tasks, particularly in the healthcare sector. Proficiency in data entry and advanced use of the Microsoft Office suite. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and team members. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks. A flexible and adaptable approach to roster and shift requirements.
