Job Title: HR Administrator
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive HR Administrator to support the smooth running of HR operations and drive the growth and success of our client's business.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support across all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, managing employee records, and training.
* Assist with the preparation and updating of employee contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation.
* Coordinate recruitment processes, including posting job ads, reviewing CVs, and scheduling interviews.
* Support HR projects and initiatives as required.
* Provide general administrative support to the wider team and other departments as necessary.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in an HR administration or HR support role.
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
* Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
