This role will own all aspects of our marketing strategy. Whilst working closely with our sales administrators for our property marketing, this role will primarily focus on our proactive marketing campaigns for our offices and staff members.Your tasks will include (but are not limited to):Social media across our 5 offices (Carlton, North Melbourne, Ascot Vale, Melbourne, Albert Park)Proactive marketing assistance for our offices and sales agent'sAssist with sales campaign marketing strategies and deliverablesClosely work with our Property Management and Leasing department for monthly newsletters, client engagement initiatives and rental campaignsKey Skills, Qualifications and Attributes:Highly organised with excellent time management skillsGoal and target drivenStrong customer service focus and skillsWilling to take responsibilityAble to meet deadlinesAbility to adapt to changeStrong written and verbal communication skillsAble to demonstrate initiative and be proactiveMust be able to work as part of a team as well as autonomouslyThis really is a superb opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated, and focused individual who is looking for a role with a difference with the ability to mould and create the role in their own way!
