Job Title: Sales Administration Support Location: Acacia Ridge, Brisbane, Australia Salary: AU$37 - AU$38 per hour Job Type: Temporary (Minimum 3-6 month placement, potential for permanency) Work Schedule: Monday to Wednesday, 7.00am - 3.30pm Immediate Start Job Overview: Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, converting leads, and providing administrative support while working closely with Sales, Operations, and Engineering teams. Primary Roles and Responsibilities: Addressing new business leads, converting to sales or allocating to relevant parties accordingly Growing existing account base while identifying new business opportunities Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Sales Manager, including ad hoc reporting Building and maintaining strong internal and external supplier relationships To be successful you will need to demonstrate: Experience in Customer Service, Internal Sales, and/or Administration Strong computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment High levels of attention to detail and a passion for streamlining and enhancing efficiencies A team-first mentality, with a passion for supporting and helping others Application Process: Apply now or email Hannah Limond at for more information.
