Job Description Reporting to the CEO as Head of Human Resources you will be strategically focused and a valued member of the leadership team. This stand alone role will drive initiatives that align to the mission, foster and inclusive culture and ensure compliance with HR best practise. Responsibilities include; Policy creation, review and implementation; Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, engagement, performance, and exit processes. Ensure compliance with the SCHADS Award and Australian employment laws. Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, development, and retention. Support the CEO and leadership team with strategic advice and cultural strengthening. The Successful Applicant Experience in not-for-profit will be highly regarded Extensive experience in HR strategy and policy implementation Demonstrated knowledge of Australian employment law and SCHADS Award compliance. Proven ability to lead cultural change, enhance engagement, and drive performance. Strong leadership and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
