We are seeking an ambitious and energetic experienced Environmental Consultant, looking for the next big challenge for their career. Someone to deliver high quality project outputs within the ADE Victorian Environment Team. The exciting elements of this role include the following:
- Helping solve complex soil and groundwater issues for emerging and ‘traditional’ contaminants, including preliminary and detailed site investigations.- Leading a range of field sampling programs for site assessment and waste soil classification.- Supporting delivery of project reporting for a range of projects.- Collaborate with team members to delivery projects on time and to high quality standards.- Manage personal and fellow field works health, safety and environment whether in the field, office or travelling.- Help design and implement sampling and analysis programs, including those involving fieldwork.- Training and mentoring from senior team members comprising recognised industry leaders in PFAS, and those with extensive international experience working for Tier 1 consultancies.- Flexible work pattern within a friendly, diverse team and the opportunity to work on projects for clients and sites across Australia and occasionally internationally.- Contributing to the growth of a young business, which is positioned to be an industry leader in the emerging contaminants space.

ADE is not constrained by the bureaucracy of larger consultancy firms• The Principal Attributes ADE Is Seeking For This Person Include The Following- 2- 4 years experience in wide range of field sampling for soil, groundwater and soil vapour assessments.- Safety focus in all aspects to works delivery.- Familiar with the Victorian Regulatory framework and associated guidelines for contaminated land assessment and management.- Ambitious and energetic person who would enjoy the excitement and enjoyment of working outside of the usual scope of environmental consultancy, on challenging but fun projects.- Tertiary education qualification in environmental science, chemistry, geochemistry or similar, with demonstrable experience in extended academic research preferred.- Current Australian driver's license.
