About the Opportunity:
We are looking for the industry's finest Pastry Chefs to join our opening team to deliver a best-in-class dining experience. You will be a passionate and a highly energetic hospitality professional.
Sous Chef, Chef de Partie and Commis Chef positions available.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
Experience as a Pastry Sous Chef, Chef de Partie or Commis Chef in a high-end restaurant
Strong culinary skills with an eye for detail and a passion for quality
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
Team oriented and strong communication skills
A proactive attitude with a commitment to maintaining high standards
Eye for detail and strong time management
Knowledge food safety standards
Genuine interest in the day-to-day operations
Qualification in Patisserie, Commercial Cookery or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
