The role requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in IT field services.
The technician will support our clients by providing expert desktop support, network assistance, and managing video conferencing systems.
The role is essential in ensuring seamless IT operations and delivering exceptional service.Qualifications and SkillsMinimum of 4 years of experience in IT field services with a focus on resolving technical issues efficiently and effectively.Proficient in desktop support, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues on various platforms.Strong knowledge and practical experience in configuring and managing Audio Visual and Video Conferencing systems.Demonstrated ability to support and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and wireless devices.Experience with email client configuration, particularly Microsoft Outlook, to ensure reliable communication for users.Capable of managing Active Directory tasks such as user account creation, modification, and directory service maintenance.Skilled in imaging and reimaging processes to ensure systems are up-to-date with the latest software and security patches.Experience in asset management to track and maintain IT equipment, ensuring efficient resource allocation and utilization.Roles and ResponsibilitiesProvide on-site and remote IT support to clients, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and minimizing downtime.Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops and laptops for optimal performance in alignment with client requirements.Manage and support AV systems and video conferencing solutions to enhance communication and collaboration across client sites.Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting network infrastructure, ensuring reliable connectivity for client operations.Perform software installations, updates, and configurations to keep client systems current and secure.Document and report technical issues, resolutions, and changes to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to facilitate comprehensive support and service delivery to clients.Engage in proactive asset management, ensuring efficient utilization and monitoring of IT equipment and resources.If interested please share CV or references (friends who will be interested for the above opening) ******.
