With extensive experience across civil, commercial, mining, and industrial sectors, About the Role: As a Concreter, you will play an integral role in executing high-quality concreting works across a diverse range of projects, You will work closely with Principal Contractors and Site Construction Managers to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within the specified requirements. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality concreting works in line with project specifications, timelines, and budgets. Collaborate with Principal Contractors and Site Construction Managers to ensure the successful execution of projects. Safely operate equipment, resources, and materials to meet required standards. Demonstrate a commitment to site safety, adhering to safety procedures and regulations at all times. Ensure environmental impacts are managed in accordance with organisational policies. Contribute to project management and the timely completion of individual jobs. Work with a qualified and experienced team, fostering a supportive and productive work environment. Ensure all works meet industry standards and client requirements. Meet all agreed deadlines and timeframes for project completion. About You: Proven experience in concreting, ideally within civil, commercial, mining, or industrial sectors. Strong understanding of industry safety standards and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines. A proactive attitude with a focus on quality and efficiency.
