Nestled in the vibrant area of Varsity Lakes on the Gold Coast, our Australian office offers a perfect blend of exciting work and an exceptional lifestyle.What You'll Do:Event Management:Lead the planning, promotion, and execution of our flagship event, the Odoo Roadshow, showcasing the latest product innovations.Work closely with sales, product, and functional teams to prepare impactful presentations, create engaging event rundowns, and develop persuasive pitching materials.Oversee all logistics for the Roadshow, including venue selection, guest invitations, and post-event follow-ups to ensure a seamless experience.Act as the primary liaison with event organizers and vendors at industry trade shows where Odoo is an exhibitor and sponsor.Partner with internal teams to design captivating booth displays, engaging promotional materials, and interactive demos.Align marketing objectives with exhibition goals to maximize brand exposure and lead-generation opportunities.Content Creation:Develop compelling digital content to drive audience engagement and strengthen brand loyalty, including webinars, blog posts, videos, newsletters, and customer success stories.Plan and execute targeted campaigns across social media, email marketing, and other digital channels to promote products and events.Lead media outreach efforts, including press releases and media campaigns, to boost Odoo's visibility in the Australian market.Offline Campaign Management:Manage Out-Of-Home (OOH) advertising campaigns across Australia, overseeing the creative process, sourcing quotes, managing budgets, and ensuring timely execution.Collaborate with creative agencies and suppliers to deliver high-quality, impactful OOH materials that align with brand goals.Lead influencer marketing campaigns by partnering with top content creators to develop engaging promotional videos and online content that elevate Odoo's brand.Oversee the end-to-end process of influencer collaborations, including sourcing quotations, developing briefs, ensuring content quality, and analyzing campaign performance.What We're Looking For:A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Proven experience in event management, ideally within the tech or software industry.Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork.A creative mindset with a passion for developing engaging content and innovative marketing strategies.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.Knowledge of influencer marketing strategies and trends is a plus.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia.Why Odoo?If you're ready to take on a pivotal role in a rapidly growing company, Odoo offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of marketing in Australia.
