Job Title:
Principal Project Officer (Contracts and Procurement)
Role Summary:
The Principal Project Officer (Contracts and Procurement) will play a crucial role in coordinating and delivering procurement activities for the provision of goods and services, as well as managing contracts and agreements for the new Bundaberg Hospital project (NBHP) and other associated capital infrastructure projects within the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide specialist procurement and contracts management service for approved WBHHS capital infrastructure projects, including commercial agreements and leases, furniture, fittings, and equipment (FF&E), engagement of consultants, and maintenance contracts.
* Assist with the general coordination and delivery of capital projects.
Reports To:
The Executive Director, New Bundaberg Hospital Project (NBH)
Work Arrangement:
Temporary Full time (76 hours p.f.)
Remuneration:
A competitive remuneration package value up to $166,569 p.a., comprising:
* Salary between $5,214.20 - $5,595.80 p.f.
* Employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%)
* Annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO7)
