Chandler Macleod are seeking a Business Support officer to join our client based in Mulgrave for a full time temporary position starting ASAP until the end of January 2025.
Key Responsibilities of this role will include but not be limited to:
* Record, manage, and distribute correspondence and tasks.
* Maintain high standards of documentation, systems, processes, and records across the department.
* Prepare and format correspondence, notices, briefing notes, agendas, minutes, and other documents as required.
* Respond to internal and external inquiries, provide basic advice or escalating issues promptly.
* Research and compile statistical data to prepare accurate reports.
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to leadership team and staff.
* Arrange and coordinate meetings, including room bookings, catering, vehicles, and other resources.
* Identify and propose ideas for continuous improvement, escalating suggestions for consideration and endorsement.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
* Proficiency in using corporate systems and tools to manage administrative tasks.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to share knowledge and support team objectives.
* Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
