German language fluency is essential as you'll be assisting clients in their preferred contracted language.
Responsibilities:Deliver exceptional first-line IT support to our contracted clients through various channels, including email, chat, ITSM tools, and phone.Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues efficiently.Document incidents and solutions effectively for future reference.Escalate complex issues to senior support personnel when needed.Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while providing excellent customer service.Experience:Previous experience working in an IT Service Desk environment.Experience working within an MSP (Managed Service Provider) environment.Strong fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential as you will be assisting clients in their preferred language.Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues.Proficiency in using ITSM tools.Benefits:Company BonusLife & Health insuranceOn-site cafeteriaSalary:Up to 710,000 HF a month Gross #J-18808-Ljbffr
