Ideally you are well versed in Industrial/Employee Relations and employment law, as you will be a trusted advisor providing generalist guidance and coaching to management on HR related issues.
Your main responsibilities will include: Develop and maintain strong working relationships across all regions and business units Collaborate with management to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives Analyse and provide insights on people metrics across the business to facilitate data-driven decision making Provide input to review, develop and implement appropriate HR policies and procedures Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within HR operations and within the business unit you are partnering with About you: Your education, experience and skills will include: Degree qualified in HR or similar / related discipline (Essential) Minimum 5 years generalist HR experience (Essential) Industrial Relations/Employee Relations experience (Essential) Knowledge of employment law (Essential) Sound judgement and discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive matters.
