A day in the life of an Employment Advisor As an Employment Advisor, each day on the job is different. One day, you might be hitting the road, chasing meaningful leads and relationships, and closing deals with businesses of all sizes. The next day, you could be representing EPIC as a brand ambassador at an expo, leading disability awareness training sessions, and ensuring businesses have the tools and resources they need to support their aspiring workers.The balance of your work might change as you find your stride, but to start off, it will look a little something like this: 75% creating and sourcing new employment opportunities for your job seekers. 7.5% directly supporting employers to become disability confident, grow their knowledge, and increase the diversity, inclusivity, and accessibility of their workplaces. 7.5% collaborating, motivating, planning, and sharing your ideas, skills, and experience with the team. 10% maintaining and completing records, claims, and other important documentation.
