This is a part-time or casual role. The successful candidate will have: Certificate III in Aged Care.Certificate IV in Leisure and lifestyleAbility to drive a 10-seater busPrevious experience in related position desirableStrong knowledge and understanding of elderly peopleKnowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Accreditation StandardsExcellent communication and time management skills.Maintain documentation and contributing to quality compliance through computer-based programsDemonstrate an understanding of the differing cognitive, spiritual and cultural needs of residentBuilding relationship with our residents, families, and other members of the healthcare team.Key Requirements First Aid CertificateDisplay a calm and patient manner at all times with Residents who may have complex needs.Up-to-date immunization records (COVID & current influenza vaccination)NDISWhy choosing Olivet Care Above Award Hourly Rate Not for profit organization with salary packaging up to $15,900, Novated leasing, plus an optional Meals and Entertainment Card up to $2,650 per annum.
