National Customer Resolution Officer - Central Coast NSW - Hybrid Role - ^ month contract with a view to extend The Company National, market leading Services business based in West Gosford is looking to bring on a Customer Service/Admin candidate for an initially 6 month period, likely to extend or become permanent. The company has grown rapidly due to expanded service offering and are looking for an additional headcount to support the team. Parking on site & this role is office based. The role Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will become part of a high performing team. You will be responsible for maintaining all of the Customer Service & Admin procedures and will need to contribute to process improvements. The role will include but not be limited to: Duties Answering queries over the phone Responding to emails High volume data entry Ad hoc Administration Ensure accuracy of invoices/identifying invoice errors Managing and follow up of internal/external accounts queries Dispute resolution of large accounts Other ad hoc duties as required by the manager Skills & experience Ability to work autonomously Intermediate excel skills Proven Customer Service and phone experience Experience in a high-volume environment Team player You will be solutions and outcome focused How to Apply Please apply through the link below.
