ICT Account Manager
At Phillip Riley, our VIC team is looking for an experienced ICT Account Manager to manage sales of computer hardware, software, and services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage existing account clients, identify new sales opportunities, build new client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
* Compile lists of prospective client businesses using trade directories and other sources.
* Stay up-to-date with employer's and competitors' goods and services, as well as market conditions.
* Follow up with clients to resolve any issues or modify their ICT solutions.
* Develop and maintain key accounts and portfolio plans.
* Stay knowledgeable about ICT goods, services, and market conditions to differentiate from competition and maximize business opportunities.
* Engage with clients to understand their requirements and explain relevant ICT solutions.
* Promote relevant ICT goods and services to existing and prospective clients.
* Prepare and present ICT sales reports, proposals, and tenders.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
Benefits:
* Competitive salary range: $87,500.00 - $107,500.00 + Superannuation.
