The Position As Head of HR, you will be based in Albury, NSW and you will partner closely with the General Manager and Leadership Team to shape the HR strategy and lead initiatives in organisational development, employee relations, organisational alignment, HR systems, and policies. Your expertise in developing robust people practices will help build an agile, collaborative culture aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on, capable of designing and executing programs that support workforce transformation and employee well-being. About You To be successful in this role you must demonstrate: ? A strong track record in leading initiatives in organisational development, recruitment, talent management, performance management and workforce planning. ? Proven experience in developing HR strategy in alignment with the Company&39;s objectives, enhancing organisational effectiveness and promoting strong workplace culture. ? Deep understanding in employee relations and ensuring all HR policies and compliance are in line with industry standards and best practices. ? Ability to collaborate with leaders to support change management initiatives, developing programs that foster engagement and resilience. ? Possess strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to influence, motivate and build relationships at all levels. ?
