The role is very diverse with a requirement to understand and keep up to date with everything that’s going on in the Club at any given time.About YouYou will be immaculately presented with exceptional communication skills and will have experience in a reception or similar role. It is important that you are positive, energetic and pride yourself on being adaptable, flexible and a real team player. You will need to be comfortable with juggling priorities and being able to think on your feet.The following hours are required:Hours spread across Monday-SundaySome weekend shifts may also be required for this roleAs the successful Receptionist you will be able to demonstrate:A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar roleHaving a courteous and friendly mannerExceptional personal presentationAn interest in the health and fitness industryBeing a vibrant and outgoing individualClear verbal and written communication skillsA personal drive to provide a high level of customer service and satisfactionHighly developed customer relations skillsThe ability to master required software applicationsHaving the ability to work autonomously and in a team environmentAble to build rapport with members and internal staffWorks in a calm, methodical manner when under pressurePlease note:Flexible hours and days are required for this roleProof of right to work in Australia documentation will be required to be presented at the first interviewAll Next Gen employees require a Working with Vulnerable People WWVP check
